At Quality Cleaning we take pride in being very thorough when cleaning your home or office. So thorough that we developed our own cleaning checklist!

Our skilled team of cleaning specialist will look after every nook and cranny and make sure that each and every check is marked when cleaning your property.

Recurring Cleaning Services or 1 Time General Cleaning (Occupied house) includes the following tasks….

• Cobwebs removed (highs/lows)

• Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges (dusted)

• Baseboards (dusted)

• Lamps & lampshades (dusted)

• Ceiling fans, light fixtures & vanities (dusted)

• Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)

• Furniture (dusted)

• Light switch plates (spot washed)

• Top of refrigerator (dusted)

• Outside of appliances cleaned

• Stovetop & drip pans cleaned

• Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)

• Cabinet fronts (spot washed)

• All sinks (cleaned)

• Mirrors (cleaned)

• Tub/shower (cleaned)

• Toilets (cleaned)

• All bathroom counters (cleaned)

• Cabinet fronts (spot washed)

• Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)

• Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed

• Stairs (vacuumed/mopped, wood dusted)

• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

1 Time Deep Cleaning Services (Occupied house) includes the following tasks…

Ceiling fan blades within 2-step stepladder reach (hand washed or wiped)

Light fixtures within 2-step stepladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)

• Cobwebs removed (highs/lows)

• Window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed) Blinds & shutters (vacuumed/dry dusted, not washed)

• Moldings & woodwork (hand washed or wiped)

• Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

• Doors/Walls (spot washed) *Not the same as Top to Bottom wash

• Lamps & lampshades (Hand wiped)

• Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)

• Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)

• Furniture (wash/dust, fronts, sides, legs)

• Top of refrigerator (hand washed)

• Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave

• Stovetop, grates or drip pans (hand washed)

• All Cabinet fronts & drawers (hand washed)

• Light switch plates (hand washed)

• Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed)

• All sinks (cleaned)

• Mirrors (cleaned)

• Tub/shower (double scrubbed for build up)

• All bathroom counters & fixtures (cleaned)

• Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)

• Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed

• Stairs (vacuumed/mopped, wood dusted)

• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

• Dishes/laundry (per request)

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step stepladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Many homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand & in some cases can not reach with an extension duster either.

* Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

Move In/Move Out Cleaning Services (Empty house) includes the following tasks…

• Dirty linens, towels ect are brought back to our facility to be washed, dryed & folded.

  * It is requested to have 3 sets of sheets, towels ect. to be swapped out at each cleaning.
